**LOS ANGELES, CA** – Get ready for a new season of thrilling tribal challenges and strategic alliances as *Survivor* returns to the Mamanuca Islands of Fiji for its 48th season. Premiering Wednesday, February 26th at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and Paramount+ with Showtime, the two-hour premiere introduces 18 new castaways battling for the coveted $1 million prize.

Longtime host and executive producer Jeff Probst returns to guide the castaways through the intense social experiment, where they must outwit, outplay, and outlast each other. This season’s diverse cast includes a debate professor, PhD candidate, stunt performer, and music executive, promising a dynamic season of gameplay.

Filmed from June 27th to July 22nd, 2024, the production involved 26 days of continuous filming, solidifying its status as one of the world’s largest television productions. Following Rachel Lamont’s victory in Season 47, the competition is expected to be fierce.
