Wed Feb 26 20:21:31 UTC 2025: ## Hyderabad Auto-Rickshaw Accident Claims Two Lives

**Hyderabad, February 27, 2025** – Two men were killed and a teenager injured in a tragic auto-rickshaw accident in Hyderabad’s Vanasthalipuram area early Wednesday morning. Syed Ismail, 48, and Md Ghouse, 40, were traveling with Ghouse’s 15-year-old son, Suleman, when their auto-rickshaw was rear-ended by an unidentified goods carrier vehicle around 6 a.m.

The impact caused the auto-rickshaw to crash into a railing and flip over, throwing Ismail and Ghouse from the vehicle. Both men sustained serious injuries and were rushed to Osmania General Hospital, where they later succumbed to their injuries. Suleman survived the accident.

Vanasthalipuram Inspector Ch Srinivas Rao stated that the accident occurred near Sai Nagar Colony in Auto Nagar. Police have launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the driver of the goods carrier vehicle. A case has been registered.
