**New Delhi, [Date of Publication]** – The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to release the answer key for the 2025 GD Constable recruitment examination soon on its official website, ssc.gov.in. The exam, held on various dates in February (4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 25), saw a massive turnout of 5,269,500 applicants competing for 39,481 vacancies – a ratio of 133 applicants per position.

After the answer key is released, candidates will have an opportunity to raise objections. The recruitment drive aims to fill Constable (GD) positions in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Rifleman (GD) posts in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy positions in the Narcotics Control Bureau.

Candidates who successfully clear the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will proceed to the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Those clearing these will then undergo medical and document verification. While PET and PST are qualifying rounds, the final merit list will be based on the CBT scores.
