**London, UK** – Despite the ongoing cost-of-living crisis, a new survey reveals that Britons are finding solace and boosting their moods through an average of 15 small daily wins each week. The research, commissioned by Coca-Cola and involving 2,000 participants, highlights the power of seemingly insignificant moments in maintaining positive mental well-being.

Top of the list of “mini fist pump” moments is the thrill of discovering unexpected cash in an old wallet or purse (62%), followed closely by finally tackling a long-overdue chore (53%). Other common sources of joy include unexpected acts of kindness, like being cooked for (42%) or receiving a smile from an attractive stranger (28%). Practical wins, such as finding a convenient parking space (38%), choosing the quickest supermarket queue (32%), and speedy takeaway deliveries (26%), also feature prominently. Even hitting every green light while running late (26%) brought a surge of happiness for some.

The survey indicates that women are more likely to embrace the positive impact of these small wins than men (73% vs. 61%). Over three-quarters (78%) of respondents believe that the significance of these moments grows with age.

The findings emphasize the importance of shifting focus to appreciate everyday joys. Life coach Selina Barker, involved in the study, stated, “In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to overlook these small wins. Celebrating them daily boosts mood, confidence, and motivation.”

The research also found that many Brits (52%) enjoy sharing their small wins with loved ones, with almost 40% believing these moments are best celebrated together. The Coca-Cola marketing manager, Emma George, commented on the company’s pride in being part of these positive findings. The study concludes that actively seeking and celebrating small wins contributes significantly to overall well-being and motivation.
