**Mangaluru, February 27, 2025** – Konkan Railway will operate a weekly special train between Mumbai’s Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Thiruvananthapuram North to accommodate increased passenger traffic during the Holi festival.
The train (No. 01063) will depart from LTT at 4 p.m. on Thursdays, March 6th and 13th, arriving in Thiruvananthapuram North at 10:45 p.m. the following day. The return service (No. 01064) leaves Thiruvananthapuram North at 4:20 p.m. on Saturdays, March 8th and 15th, reaching LTT at 12:45 a.m. two days later.
The train will make numerous stops along the route, including major stations in Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and Kerala. It will consist of 22 LHB coaches, offering a mix of AC and non-AC seating options. This special service aims to alleviate travel congestion anticipated during the Holi holiday period.
