**Namakkal, Tamil Nadu (February 27, 2025)** – Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Welfare Minister M. Mathiventhan distributed over ₹1.34 crore in welfare assistance to 295 beneficiaries in Namakkal district on Thursday. The distribution was part of the third phase of the “Makkaludan Mudhalvar” (Chief Minister with the People) special camps, aimed at bringing government services to marginalized communities.

Minister Mathiventhan participated in camps across six locations in the district, receiving public petitions and overseeing the disbursement of funds. He stated that the initiative, launched by the Chief Minister, ensures easy access to government schemes. The third phase will encompass 60 camps across the district, with all petitions expected to be addressed within a month. The camps offer 44 services from 15 different government departments. The Minister further claimed that Chief Minister’s schemes save each family an average of ₹2,000 monthly.
