Neelam Shinde, from Satara, Maharashtra, suffered severe head, hand, and chest injuries in the February 14th accident and remains in a coma.
Nationalist Congress Party leader Supriya Sule brought the case to light on Wednesday, highlighting the father’s, Tanaji Shinde’s, urgent need to travel to the United States.
