**Malappuram, Kerala – February 27, 2025** – Farook College in Feroke, Kerala, has achieved the highest A++ grade in the latest National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) evaluation, securing a 3.64 CGPA. This marks the highest NAAC grade awarded to any college in India.

A three-member NAAC team lauded the college for its academic excellence and extensive social initiatives. These include the Emerging Frontiers in Chemical Science conference series, its high scholarship receipt rate, innovative Indian knowledge system programs, contributions to cultural and fine arts, and community outreach programs such as a dialysis center and a student-led palliative care initiative.

Farook College, the largest residential campus in Kerala to achieve this distinction, boasts 22 undergraduate, 16 postgraduate, and 11 doctoral programs, serving nearly 4,000 students and research scholars.
