**Madurai, February 27, 2025** – The Department of Posts will hold a regional-level Dak Adalat in Madurai on March 19th at 11 a.m. The event, to be held at the Postmaster General’s office (Southern Region), aims to address postal customer grievances.
Postal customers with unresolved complaints from divisional-level offices are encouraged to submit their grievances by March 8th. Complaints can be mailed to the Assistant Director (CS and Inspn) at the Postmaster General’s office, clearly marked “Dak Adalat-March 2025,” or sent via email to pg.madurai@indiapost.gov.in with the subject line “Dak Adalat.”
Submissions must include complete details such as posting dates and times, sender and recipient addresses, and relevant registration or tracking numbers. Complaints regarding savings schemes or insurance should include account numbers and policy details. Only complaints sent via ordinary, speed, or registered post will be accepted; private couriers will not. No new cases will be considered at this Dak Adalat.
