**Hyderabad, February 27, 2025** – Ci Gusta, a restaurant in Madhapur, has launched a month-long Panuzzo Fest, offering a unique culinary experience that blends the best of pizza and sandwiches. The panuzzo, a sourdough bread creation, features a variety of fillings.
Chef Avacherry Naresh explains that the panuzzo uses hand-tossed sourdough for a slightly chewy texture, perfectly complementing the soft stuffing. The menu includes six variations: three vegetarian and three non-vegetarian. Vegetarian options feature combinations of ingredients like avocado, roasted vegetables, pesto, and various cheeses. Meat lovers can choose from chicken meatballs, harissa chicken, or lamb ragout.
Each panuzzo is served hot with a side of potato fries and pickled cucumber. Prices range from ₹439 for vegetarian options to ₹449 for non-vegetarian choices. The festival runs until March 30th. The restaurant highlights the panuzzo’s easy-to-eat design, avoiding the mess often associated with similar dishes.
