**Austin, TX** – Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick are reprising their roles as Emily Nelson and Stephanie Smothers in “Another Simple Favor,” a sequel to the 2018 hit film. The first teaser trailer dropped Wednesday, promising a return to the twisty world of murder and mystery.

The film, directed once again by Paul Feig, will have its world premiere at the 2025 SXSW Film & TV Festival on March 7th before streaming on Prime Video May 1st. This time, the action moves to the picturesque island of Capri, Italy, for Emily’s lavish wedding to a wealthy Italian businessman. The synopsis hints at a wedding brimming with glamorous guests, but also betrayal and, of course, murder.
