**KURNOOL, Andhra Pradesh – February 26, 2025** – Thirteen individuals were penalized by the Judicial First Class Magistrate court in Kurnool for violations related to alcohol consumption. Following intensified police checks aimed at curbing drunk driving and public drinking, six individuals were apprehended for driving under the influence and fined ₹3,000 each. Separately, seven people were caught consuming alcohol in public places and fined ₹1,000 each. Kurnool police continue their crackdown on these offenses.
