**Tirunelveli, February 25, 2025** – Water levels in two major dams in Tirunelveli district were reported on Tuesday. The Papanasam dam registered a water level of 86.25 feet (maximum capacity: 143 feet), with an inflow of 57.59 cusecs and a discharge of 1,100 cusecs. Meanwhile, the Manimuthar dam stood at 89.70 feet (maximum capacity: 118 feet), with an inflow of 42.79 cusecs and a discharge of 475 cusecs. These figures were released at 7:30 PM IST.
