**VISAKHAPATNAM, February 26, 2025** – Usha Sri Peddishetty, a corporator in Visakhapatnam and former Indian badminton representative, has achieved a remarkable feat, winning all three categories – Singles, Mixed Doubles, and Women’s Doubles – at the Andhra Pradesh State Masters Badminton Championship. The championship concluded Monday evening at the Vijayawada Club Stadium.

Peddishetty secured the Women’s Singles 50+ title by defeating Indrani of Vijayawada. She then partnered with B.V.S.K. Lingeswara Rao to win the Mixed Doubles 50+ category and teamed up with Padma of Vijayawada to claim the Women’s Doubles title.

This “Triple Crown” victory follows a long and distinguished career in badminton, including representing India. Peddishetty is now preparing for national-level competitions, aiming for further success. Her win is a source of pride for Visakhapatnam, highlighting the city’s sporting talent.
