**Porbandar, Gujarat, February 25, 2025** – Two pilgrims from Karnataka died in a road accident near Porbandar, Gujarat, on their way to the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Vishwanath Avaji, 55, and Mallikarjun Sadalagi, 40, both residents of Chadachan in Vijayapura district, were traveling in a minibus that collided with another vehicle. Eight other passengers sustained injuries and are receiving treatment at a Porbandar hospital, according to Vijayapura police. The accident occurred on February 25th.
