**Coimbatore, February 25, 2025** – The Tamil Nadu BJP has announced its conditional participation in an all-party meeting called by Chief Minister M.K. Stalin to discuss electoral delimitation. BJP state president K. Annamalai stated that the party will only attend if the Chief Minister reveals the source of the information regarding the delimitation exercise.

Annamalai criticized the Chief Minister for raising concerns about delimitation’s impact on Tamil Nadu, suggesting it was an attempt to distract from the ongoing debate surrounding the state’s three-language policy. He accused the CM of creating unnecessary fear among the public. He reiterated the BJP’s rejection of the “Congress model” of delimitation, emphasizing the party’s commitment to protecting the interests of Tamil Nadu’s people.

The BJP leader also expressed skepticism about the state government’s understanding of the National Education Policy, dismissing concerns raised by the government as imaginary. Furthermore, while expressing support for government employees protesting, Annamalai accused the JACTTO-GEO union of having close ties to the DMK, citing their alleged campaign support for the party during the elections.
