Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: A prominent leader of the YSR Congress Party (YCP), Vaditya Shankar Nayak, a former member of the State Scheduled Tribes Commission, was arrested during a police raid on a high-tech brothel in a upscale area of Vijayawada. Nayak, reportedly a close associate of YCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy, was found hiding under a bed in one of the rooms.
Police conducted the raid Friday night following a tip-off and video evidence provided by a young man.
