**Orlando, FL – February 23, 2025** – Central Florida is poised to receive significant rainfall early this week, offering much-needed relief after an extended period of dry conditions. Many areas have been classified as abnormally or moderately dry.

While Sunday will be sunny and dry with highs in the upper 60s and lower 70s, a substantial increase in rain chances is expected starting Monday morning. Light to moderate rain is anticipated in Marion and Sumter counties late Sunday, spreading eastward overnight.
