**Tiruchirappalli, February 24, 2025** – The Tamil Nadu State Highways Department has completed the renovation of the 4.7 km Gundur-Navalpattu IT Park Road in Tiruchirappalli, at a cost of ₹5.47 crore. The four-lane road, which branches off from the Tiruchi-Pudukkottai National Highway and leads to ELCOT’s IT Park, was originally constructed in 2016. The renovation, undertaken under the Comprehensive Road Infrastructure Development Programme, was inspected on Sunday by Chief Engineer K.G. Sathyaprakash, ensuring quality standards were met. The project is expected to improve connectivity to the IT Park and surrounding areas.
