St. Clair alleges that Musk has seen their son only three times since his birth: twice in September 2024 and once for 30 minutes on November 30th, 2024. She further claims Musk was not present at the birth and has not been involved in the child’s care. The petition seeks a declaration of paternity, child support, and sole legal custody.
