**NEW DELHI** – Several major festivals will bring a flurry of school holidays to India in March 2025. The holidays accommodate celebrations spanning various religious and cultural backgrounds.

The month begins with Holi, the vibrant festival of colors, celebrated on March 14th, preceded by Holika Dahan on March 13th. Later in the month, March 28th will see the observance of Jamat Ul-Vida, the last Friday of Ramadan.
