**New Delhi, February 20, 2025** – The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) launched a scathing attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Wednesday, citing the alleged sexual assault of a seven-year-old girl in west Delhi as evidence of a complete breakdown in law and order.

A senior police officer confirmed that a Class 2 student was allegedly assaulted by a sanitation worker, and a case has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

AAP leader Manish Sisodia directly challenged Union Home Minister Amit Shah, to whom the Delhi police report, stating that criminals operate with impunity in the city. “Criminals in Delhi have become fearless, and the law and order situation has collapsed completely,” Sisodia declared at a press conference.
