**LEXINGTON, KY** – Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS) will hold a non-traditional instruction (NTI) day on Wednesday, February 19th, due to the predicted severe winter weather. The district cited the potential for heavy snow, dangerously cold temperatures, and hazardous road conditions as the reason for the closure. All after-school and evening activities are also cancelled. This marks the sixth NTI day for FCPS this school year.
