**MINNEAPOLIS, MN** – A brutal arctic blast is set to engulf Minnesota, bringing dangerously low wind chills starting Sunday night and lasting through at least Tuesday. The National Weather Service has issued extreme cold warnings for western and northwestern Minnesota, extending into parts of South Dakota and North Dakota, where wind chills could plummet to -30°F to -40°F.
