**Chennai, February 15, 2025** – A skillsync workshop on “Gameforge” held at Saveetha Engineering College on Friday highlighted the burgeoning potential of India’s animation, gaming, and post-production sectors. Organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in collaboration with the Information and ICT Academy, the Indian Digital Gaming Society, and the Confederation of Indian Industry, the event brought together key industry leaders, government representatives, and gaming professionals.

The workshop featured a special session dedicated to the future of VFX and virtual production, providing attendees with insights into these rapidly evolving fields. Participants also had the opportunity to experience competitive gaming firsthand through an e-sports session. Ashutosh Mohle, Joint Director of the Information and Broadcasting Ministry, was among the notable participants.
