**Orlando, FL (February 13, 2025)** – Central Florida residents have enjoyed an unusually warm start to February, with temperatures in the 80s for all but one day. However, this unseasonable warmth is set to end as a series of cold fronts sweep across the Sunshine State.
A minor cold front will arrive Thursday night, bringing slightly cooler temperatures into Friday, with highs still in the upper 70s. A more significant cold front is expected on Sunday, potentially impacting the Daytona 500 with rain. In its wake, much cooler air will settle over Central Florida, with highs struggling to reach the 60s on Monday and lows dipping into the 40s by Tuesday morning.
