**Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 15, 2025** – The Kerala government has launched a toll-free helpline, “We Help,” to provide telecounselling for students experiencing anxiety and stress related to upcoming public examinations. The service, offered by the Career Guidance and Adolescent Counselling Cell, is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays until the end of the exam period. Students and parents can reach the helpline at 1800 425 2844. Additional district-level counselling will be offered from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The initiative, inaugurated by General Education Minister V. Sivankutty, also includes counselling services available in all higher secondary schools.
