**Southampton, UK** – Maddison Wilson, 37, appeared before Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday facing serious charges of rape and sexual assault against children. The five-minute hearing saw Wilson, who identifies as a woman and confirmed her preferred pronouns as “she/her,” charged with multiple offenses.
These include sexual assault and inciting a boy under 13 to engage in sexual activity, alleged to have occurred in Southampton between 2017 and 2020. Further charges involve the rape and inciting of a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity, allegedly in Hull in 2011.
Wilson, of Portsmouth, will appear at Southampton Crown Court on February 26th to formally enter pleas.
