**Montreal & Boston, MA** – In anticipation of the upcoming 4 Nations Face-Off tournament (February 12-20), NHL.com has announced its Quarter-Century All-Swedish Teams, celebrating the best Swedish NHL players from 2000-2024. The selections, made by NHL.com/sv writers, highlight legendary players based on NHL statistics and international contributions.

The First Team boasts an impressive lineup, featuring forwards Daniel and Henrik Sedin, the Vancouver Canucks’ all-time leading scorers, and Nicklas Backstrom, the Washington Capitals’ all-time assists leader. Defensive stalwart Nicklas Lidstrom, a seven-time Norris Trophy winner and Hockey Hall of Famer, anchors the blue line alongside Erik Karlsson, a three-time Norris winner known for his prolific point production.
