**New Delhi, February 15, 2025** – Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and other public sector oil and gas undertakings launched a two-week awareness campaign on Friday promoting green energy and fuel conservation. The initiative, called SAKSHAM, aims to educate the public on responsible fuel use and the importance of sustainable energy for future generations.
The campaign launch included a walkathon with over 250 participants, comprising school students and officials from various PSUs like Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, and Oil India Limited. Further engagement activities included a quiz and slogan-writing competition for students. SAKSHAM will continue for 14 days.
