**Chennai, February 15, 2025** – Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated the 17th edition of Fairpro 2025, a three-day real estate exhibition showcasing over 500 projects worth 32.5 million sq ft of residential space, 0.25 million sq ft of commercial space, and 325 acres of plotted developments. The event, organized by CREDAI Chennai, highlights the city’s burgeoning real estate market.

Mr. Stalin emphasized the crucial role of housing developers in meeting the growing needs of a rapidly urbanizing state, noting that Chennai’s 48% urban population is expected to increase further. He lauded CREDAI’s contribution and unveiled “Super Chennai,” a new initiative to further position the city as a global investment hub.

The exhibition features 80 leading developers and offers a wide range of properties, priced from ₹15 lakh to ₹15 crore, catering to diverse buyer segments. All projects are RERA-approved, ensuring transparency and credibility. Major banks including SBI, HDFC Bank, Central Bank of India, Canara Bank, and LIC Housing Finance Ltd are participating, providing attractive home loan options.

CREDAI representatives highlighted Chennai’s growing appeal as an investment destination, driven by infrastructure development and metro expansion. They emphasized Fairpro 2025 as a platform for buyers to find credible projects and make informed decisions. The exhibition runs until February 17th at the Chennai Trade Centre.
