**Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh – February 15, 2025** – The Andhra Pradesh government has announced the launch of a Brand Ambassador program to elevate Amaravati’s profile as a world-class capital city. The initiative, overseen by the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA), aims to attract national and international investment and foster community engagement.
According to a government order issued on Friday, potential ambassadors must meet specific criteria, including global recognition in fields like sustainability or development, exceptional professional credentials, or a demonstrated commitment to local communities. Nominations will be accepted exclusively from the Chief Minister.
