**Sivaganga, February 12, 2025** – A tragic road accident in Sivaganga claimed the lives of two individuals on Tuesday. According to Sivaganga Town police, a car driven by an unidentified individual struck a 40-year-old mentally challenged pedestrian who suddenly entered the roadway near the Government Sivaganga Medical College Hospital. The pedestrian died instantly. The car’s driver, 65-year-old Nagarajan, who was travelling with relatives, sustained fatal head injuries. Other passengers in the vehicle received minor injuries. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
