**Mumbai, India** – A controversy surrounding YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia’s appearance on the reality show “India’s Got Talent” has led to a police investigation. Allahbadia, along with show organizer Samay Raina and several others, are under scrutiny following comments made about participants’ parents.

The Khar police have intensified their action, registering an FIR against 30 individuals, including Raina and Balraj Ghai (owner of the studio where the show was filmed). All participants from episodes 1-6 are implicated. Summons have been issued.

Apuurva Makhija, a participant, has already recorded her statement with police. Allahbadia is expected to give his statement soon. Raina, currently out of the country, has requested an extension through his lawyer, providing travel documents and promising to return on March 17th. However, police have indicated that the investigation cannot be indefinitely delayed. Ashish Chanchlani, another judge on the show, has also given his statement.

Raina has deleted all episodes of “India’s Got Talent” from his YouTube channel, stating the situation has become overwhelming and he will cooperate fully with the investigation. Actor Rajpal Yadav criticized the show’s content, calling it “nonsense” rather than art.

Police have recorded statements from six individuals so far, including Makhija, Chanchlani, Ghai, and three technical crew members. Makhija and Chanchlani stated the show was unscripted and judges received no payment, though they were free to post content on social media. The show’s prize money was funded by ticket sales.

While the Mumbai police have yet to decide whether to file an additional FIR, the investigation is ongoing, and Allahbadia’s statement is anticipated imminently.
