Thu Feb 13 12:50:07 UTC 2025: **Pakistan Announces Three Shaheens Squads for ICC Champions Trophy Warm-up Matches**
KARACHI, PAKISTAN – February 12, 2025 – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced three separate Pakistan Shaheens squads to participate in warm-up matches for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. These matches will be played against Bangladesh, South Africa, and Afghanistan between February 14th and 17th, serving as final preparations before the main tournament (February 19th – March 9th).
Mansoor Amjad will coach and manage all three Shaheens teams. Shadab Khan will captain the side facing Afghanistan in Lahore on February 14th. On February 17th, two Shaheens teams will play simultaneously: Mohammad Huraira will lead against South Africa in Karachi, and Mohammad Haris will captain the team playing Bangladesh in Dubai. A New Zealand team will also play a warm-up match against Afghanistan in Karachi on February 16th.
Full squad lists for Afghanistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, New Zealand, and all three Pakistan Shaheens teams have been released by the PCB.
