Mon Feb 10 08:18:52 UTC 2025: ## Modi Imparts Leadership Lessons at Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025
**New Delhi, February 10, 2025** – Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed over 30 million students at the eighth annual “Pariksha Pe Charcha” (PPC) event, offering advice on tackling exam stress and cultivating leadership qualities. Held at Bharat Mandapam, the interactive session saw Modi engaging with approximately 2,500 students selected from various schools across India.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of teamwork and self-improvement in leadership. He used the example of a class monitor, stating that effective leadership isn’t about authority, but about setting a positive example and supporting others. He urged students to learn from their failures, using athletes’ post-match analysis as a metaphor for self-reflection.
Modi also shared tips on managing exam pressure, advising students to focus on their studies and not get overwhelmed by external factors. He underscored the importance of setting achievable goals and progressively improving performance, illustrating this with the example of aiming to increase exam scores incrementally.
Beyond academics, Modi highlighted the significance of healthy eating habits, promoting consumption of seasonal fruits and vegetables. The event began with Modi distributing til laddoos (sesame seed sweets) to the participants and included discussions on the importance of nutritious foods like bajra (pearl millet).
The PPC 2025 program, which included seven episodes featuring prominent figures like Deepika Padukone and Sadhguru, offered guidance on various aspects of student life and holistic development. The event was live-streamed across multiple platforms, including PIB and the Ministry of Education’s social media accounts. All participants received a special PPC kit from the Ministry of Education, with the top 10 students invited to a special event at the Prime Minister’s residence.
