**New Delhi, India** – Prime Minister Narendra Modi today hosted the eighth annual “Pariksha Pe Charcha” (PPC) program, a live interactive session with students, parents, and teachers across India. The event, held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, began at 11 AM and featured a star-studded lineup alongside the Prime Minister.

Over 33 million students registered for the event. This year’s PPC included prominent figures from various fields, such as spiritual leader Sadhguru, boxing champion Mary Kom, Paralympic gold medalist Avani Lekhara, actors Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey, and Bhumi Pednekar, fitness expert Rujuta Diwekar, and “Technical Guruji,” among others. They joined PM Modi in offering advice and insights on exam preparation, stress management, and navigating academic challenges.

During the program, Modi engaged in conversations with students, sharing anecdotes and offering practical tips. He emphasized the importance of balancing academic pursuits with personal interests, cautioning against becoming a “bookworm” and encouraging students to identify and nurture their individual talents. He also advised students on tackling exam pressure by practicing with past papers and offered a five-step process for absorbing information: listen, question, contemplate, understand, and apply.

The Ministry of Education also highlighted the importance of parental support and avoiding imposing unrealistic expectations on children. Modi stressed the need for open communication within families to combat depression and anxiety among students. He encouraged students to share their feelings with parents and guardians.

The event was broadcast live on national television and various online platforms, reaching a vast audience across India. PPC 2025 provided a platform for students to interact directly with the Prime Minister and leading personalities, gaining valuable advice and encouragement as they prepare for their examinations.
