**Hyderabad, February 9, 2025** – Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has fast-tracked the construction of a new cable-stayed bridge over Miralam tank in Hyderabad. At a review meeting on Saturday, he instructed urban development officials to finalize the detailed project report within 90 days and complete the 2.425-kilometer bridge’s construction within 30 months.

Mr. Reddy envisions the bridge as a landmark destination, emphasizing child-friendly design for the surrounding area. Three proposals for the bridge’s construction are currently under review. The Chief Minister also called for a thorough examination of new flyover proposals and requested comprehensive information on road widening projects within two days.
