**BEIJING –** Rumors circulating online today claiming the death of prominent venture capitalist Xue Manzi have been officially denied. Xue, whose real name is Xue Biqun, took to social media around 5 PM this afternoon to refute the reports. He posted a photo of himself and his daughter with the message, “Happy belated New Year from me and my daughter on the ninth day of the Lunar New Year!”
