**NEW YORK, NY** – A new episode of the CBS legal drama *Elsbeth* will feature a special guest appearance by Alan Ruck (HBO’s *Succession*) as twin brothers embroiled in a murder mystery on Wall Street. The episode, titled “Finance Bros,” debuts February 6th.

Ruck plays the Hepson twins, one of whom is mysteriously murdered after deciding to give away his fortune. Carrie Preston, as the titular Elsbeth, investigates, interviewing the surviving brother, Peter, a less-than-cooperative individual who insists on his differences from his deceased sibling.

A sneak peek reveals Elsbeth’s sharp investigative skills as she cleverly uses a personal anecdote about twins from her law school days to subtly point towards Peter as a potential suspect. The scene hints at a possible witness – a donut cart vendor – who may have seen Peter impersonating his brother before the murder.

While the Hepson brothers’ case takes center stage, the episode also continues the ongoing Van Ness case, with Judge Milton Crawford (Michael Emerson) remaining a looming threat. The episode will also see the return of Carter Schmidt (Christian Borle), a character who appeared in both *Elsbeth* and *The Good Wife*.
