**New Delhi, India** – Vivo is gearing up to launch its next mid-range smartphone, the V50, in India. A dedicated landing page on the company’s Indian website, coupled with numerous leaks, has revealed several key features. The phone is expected to be a significant upgrade over its predecessor, the V40.

The V50 will boast a striking quad-curved display and will be available in Rose Red, Starry Blue, and Titanium Grey. Its standout feature is a powerful camera system, featuring a 50MP Zeiss main sensor, a 50MP Zeiss ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP front-facing selfie camera. Vivo’s signature Aura Light returns, enhanced with AI Studio Light Portrait 2.0 for improved night portraits. The camera system also offers diverse bokeh effects, including Street, Landscape, and Classic Portrait modes, tailored by Zeiss. Specifically for the Indian market, wedding-themed color filters and borders are included.

While the processor remains unconfirmed, rumors point towards a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. Vivo guarantees a 60-month smooth experience. The device will run Android 15 with FunTouch OS 15, and include AI features like Transcript Assist, Vivo Live Call Translation, and Google Gemini integration.

Although an official launch date hasn’t been announced, reports suggest a February 18th release. Given the live landing page and numerous leaks, the official unveiling is expected imminently.
