**Hanamkonda, February 5, 2025** – Popular Telugu actress and cancer survivor Gautami urged increased government and NGO support for cancer patients, particularly those lacking access to proper nutrition, during a cancer awareness program in Hanamkonda on Tuesday. The event, organized by the Pratima Foundation, included a walkathon with over 1,000 participants.
Ms. Gautami, sharing her personal battle with cancer, stressed the importance of early detection and adherence to medical advice. She dispelled the myth that cancer only affects individuals with a family history and warned against the dangers of substances like gutka, pan masala, and tobacco. She appealed to Chief Minister A.
