STORRS, Conn. – The No. 6 University of Connecticut women’s basketball team (20-2, 11-0 BIG EAST) will face Butler (12-11, 2-8) this Sunday at 1 p.m. in a sold-out XL Center. The game, a Play4Kay Pink Game supporting breast cancer awareness, will be televised on SNY and the UConn Sports Network. UConn players will sport pink uniforms and fans are encouraged to wear pink as well.
Following a dominant 84-58 victory over DePaul, where Kaitlyn Chen and Azzi Fudd each scored 17 points, the Huskies aim to continue their undefeated BIG EAST run. UConn forced 21 DePaul turnovers, showcasing their strong defensive performance.
