**Mumbai, India** – Abhishek Sharma, the rising star of Indian T20 cricket, has seen his IPL earnings skyrocket. His impressive performance in the recent T20 series against England, culminating in a 135-run century at a strike rate of 250.0 in the fifth match, has solidified his position as a key player.

While Sharma won’t be part of the upcoming Champions Trophy, his IPL career continues to flourish. Sunrisers Hyderabad retained him for a staggering ₹14 crore (approximately $1.7 million USD) ahead of the IPL 2024 mega auction.
