Sun Feb 02 20:33:21 UTC 2025: **BJP Launches Final Push in Delhi Assembly Elections**

NEW DELHI, February 3, 2025 – With the Delhi Assembly elections just one day away from the end of campaigning, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is making a final push to secure votes. High-profile BJP leaders, including Union Ministers and Chief Ministers from across the country, rallied across the city on Sunday.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh criticized the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), accusing it of rejecting central assistance out of fear of giving credit to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He claimed the Delhi government’s refusal to accept aid was politically motivated. Other BJP leaders echoed this sentiment, launching a new campaign song and emphasizing the need for a “double-engine” government—one where both the state and central governments are controlled by the BJP—to bring development to Delhi.

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini attacked AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, questioning his honesty after Kejriwal’s alleged misrepresentation of Haryana’s role in Yamuna river water pollution. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav highlighted the fractured relationship between AAP and Congress. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma urged Delhi voters to bring the BJP to power, promising development similar to that seen in Assam. The BJP’s campaign focused heavily on criticizing the AAP’s record and promoting a vision of improved governance and development under a BJP-led administration.
