**NEW DELHI, January 31, 2025** – Tapan Bose, a renowned peace activist and documentary filmmaker, passed away at his home in New Delhi on Thursday. Bose, known for his decades-long work mediating conflicts in regions such as Kashmir and Naxal-affected areas, was lauded for his courageous advocacy in the wake of the 2002 Gujarat riots and the demolition of the Babri Masjid.
