**Bengaluru, January 31, 2025** – A 28-year-old known rowdy, Kiran, was arrested Friday morning following a confrontation with police in New Thippasandra. Kiran, listed as a sheeter at the HAL police station, had previously allegedly assaulted a police constable, prompting a manhunt. After receiving a tip-off about his whereabouts, police apprehended him at approximately 4:45 a.m. When Kiran allegedly resisted arrest and attempted to flee, the HAL police inspector fired a warning shot into the air before subduing him. The arrest follows the registration of a case against Kiran for his earlier assault.
