**OSLO, Norway –** Norwegian authorities arrested a Norwegian-flagged vessel, the *Silver Dania*, on Friday with an all-Russian crew on suspicion of damaging a fiber optic cable in the Baltic Sea. The arrest, made at the request of Latvian authorities, follows reports of significant damage to a cable running between Latvia and Sweden.
