Thu Jan 30 20:33:28 IST 2025: ## Gujarat High Court Chief Justice’s iPhones Stolen at Dehradun Wedding
**DEHRADUN, INDIA –** Two iPhones belonging to Gujarat High Court Chief Justice Sunita Agarwal were stolen during a wedding reception in Dehradun on Republic Day, January 26th. The theft occurred at Foothill Garden on New Masuri Road in Malsi between 4:45 pm and 5:15 pm.
According to a complaint filed by Gujarat High Court Registrar General Moolchand Tyagi with Dehradun police, the phones went missing from the Chief Justice’s possession. Despite a search by local police, the iPhones have yet to be recovered. The complaint included details of the phone models and their numbers.
Dehradun police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) under section 379 (theft) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act. An investigation is currently underway. Registrar General Tyagi has pledged full cooperation with the authorities.
