**New Delhi, January 27, 2025** – The Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL), a department under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, has announced the recruitment of 25 assistant staff. Applications are being accepted online until February 26, 2025, with the application fee deadline set for February 28, 2025.

The vacancies are distributed as follows: 11 for General (UR) candidates, 6 for OBC candidates, 2 for EWS candidates, and 6 for SC/ST candidates.

**Salary and Benefits:** Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100 (Level-4 of the 7th Central Pay Commission).
